Essential Oils

1. Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea)

Properties: Promotes relaxation of the nervous system, balances mood, and can encourage intuitive openness. Its soft, herbal sweetness settles restlessness while fostering emotional release.

Why it works here: Acts as a bridge between the physical and spiritual self—helping you relax enough to tune inward.

2. Violet Leaf Absolute (Viola odorata)

Blending Recipe

  • Clary Sage – 4 drops

  • Violet Leaf Absolute – 2 drops

  • Lemon Balm (Melissa) – 3 drops

  • Amyris – 3 drops

Blend with 20 mL of carrier oil (jojoba for skin applications or grapeseed for massage).

For diffusion, add 3–5 drops of the blend per 100 mL of water in a diffuser.
